How we keep the price low
StreamBundler is an independent UK company. We are not part of, or endorsed by, Netflix or Spotify. We set up each account and pay for it using international pricing, which is cheaper than UK pricing, and we pass most of the saving on to you.
Providers can change their rules or prices at any time. If your account ever stops working, we replace it within 24 hours or refund that month. You can cancel whenever you like.
Questions, answered
Is it my own account?
Yes. It is a new, private account just for you, not a shared login. You can change the password and profiles as you like.
How long does setup take?
Usually under an hour and always within 24 hours. Your login arrives by email. If you cannot see it, check spam or email support@streambundler.com.
Can I keep my current account and playlists?
Your StreamBundler account is a new account. Netflix profiles start fresh. On Spotify you can move playlists across with a free transfer tool; we will point you to one.
Is this official?
No. We are independent and not affiliated with Netflix or Spotify. Accounts are paid on international pricing, which the providers do not officially offer for UK use, so there is a risk an account is closed. If that happens we replace it within 24 hours or refund you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel whenever you like: email support@streambundler.com or use the link in your receipt. No fees for leaving.
